Back exercise workouts with DJ Diesel J

I’m surprised!

After all, I didn’t expect to receive many emails requesting that I demonstrate effective back, lower back and glute exercises.

In this Club and Ibiza Beach Body Fitness Guide Video, I show you a few exercises that put your back to work. These home workouts are quick and easy and only require a swiss ball and tubing. Best of all, they work!

Remember keep your movements controlled and remember the breathe accordingly. Watch how I start off with bent over rows followed by back extensions!

Located in the club district that is Calle Uruguay, Club Lounge Pure hosted the event.

For one, I enjoy the decor and vibe at Pure. If you’re seeking a great night out, have some money to spend and wish to experience that ” I don’t give a sh%t if tomorrow is a work day, I’m partying my ass off” then Club Lounge Pure might be the nightclub for your crew.

Warming up the Tom Novy event were local Panamanian DJ’s.

As expected the show went on without a hitch as several attendees responded with cheers when recognizable hits were played.

Although I try to remain fair and objective when it comes to concert reviews, I concur with several foreigners living in Panama city that costs for events and items typically fluctuate depending what you look like and where you’re from.

This event was highly promoted as a spectacle and best of all it was only $10 USD if tickets were purchased prior to the show. The day of the show, tickets sold for $15 USD. Not a problem…
until you arrive at the door and the door person gives you the old up and down look as an attempt to estimate if you’re a foreigner or a local. In the event they believe you’re a foreigner, automatically, some door people will jack the price up and pocket the profit. Welcome to Gringo pricing and it is rampant in Panama City.

Now, I’m all for hustling and I’m positive this wasn’t the orchestrations of Novy, however what this means is that the foreigners refusing to pay for the “instant increase”  leave therefor stiffling revenue for the club owners. It’s a shame when you think about it. A foreigner would typically walk in and pay the fair cover charge then blow a wad of cash at the event on drinks and GOOD TIPS, but because of the unjust price increase, the establishment loses businesse and potential  customers.

The Flying Circus event brought together well over 10 notable DJ’s both internationally and locally. Here’s a brief run down of the line up:

With a plethora of musical artists, anyone was able to find their “vibe” and tune into the sounds.
Touted as being the “Cirque du Soleil” of electronic music, the decor was far from spectacular however in this instance, it appeared to be “about the music” It’s difficult selling the “Flying Circus” theme without going all out and bringing the glitz and over the top costumes and decorations.

Typically, club heads in this part of the world love their electronic music LOUD! At times however, several party goers were seen covering their ears as the Db level shot through the roof. There is such a thing as moderation.

Despite the Flying Circus being a major event, most people however appeared disconnected… almost as if they were enjoying your typical night out at the club.

Situated in Causeway Amador, Panama City, The Paxion Pool Lounge managed to deliver a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. Many times, we fail to consider the security involved at such events, but the night ( and eventually morning) progressed without a hitch.
Tickets were reasonably priced and if you had negociating skills, you could enter at a discount.

In all fairness, it’s safe to say that several attendees seemed to be partied out from last weeks massive Gel Abril en Panama City concert. Perhaps the club heads need a week off to reset and reboot!

In this video tutorial of the Diesel J Club and Ibiza Beach Body Fitnes Guide we focus on two quick and easy tricep exercises that anyone can do at home. Now remember, my fintess routines are no nonsense and hassle free – That means, anyone can easily execute most of my home based workouts without wasting precious time or rearranging your living quarters into a gym.

Watch how I effectively target my triceps with the basics.
First, I show you how to perform single arm tricep extensions. Finally, we end off our quick fitness routine with tradition dips using basic furniture so you can do them too.
Performing these mass building and shaping exercises 2 -3 times per week for 10 – 15 repetitions is guaranteed to get your arms looking diesel.

Gel Abril Panama City Diesel J Concert Review

Causeway Amador’s Blue Martini lounge situated at the Plaza Figali Convention Center was remodelled into your classic Cirque du Soleil stage. There were dazzling lights, enormous speakers, smoke, fireworks and daring fire-show performers.

A decor suited for the most energetic and active Panamanians, Gel Abril added to the ambiance with driving rhythms, and minimal tech house. Everyone got on board of the Abril express train and quickly fastened their seat belts.

Armed with a few CDJ-1000′s and a standard mixer, Gel proved that great djing and mixing does not require a plethora of fancy gear. His passion for entertaining was apparent as he conducted his passengers on a journey filled with big beats, ethereal sounds and that constant minimal tech house rhythm: ”chaka chak chak – All aboard the runaway train!”.

Off the rails it went as Gel Abril dug deeper as the sunset rose and sexy Panamanian she males added life and glitter to the party dancing along side the DJ. Stocked with a mini fridge of Red Bulls, Abril would knock one back as if they were going out of style. Every time the Dj guzzled  down bottle of those blue and red suckers, you knew it was time to brace yourself and expect the G forces to kick in – this train had no breaks!

BRACE YOURSELF! HERE COMES THE BOOM!

Decked with a big screen and creative visuals made the event even more grandiose. The production value was at its highest. At 15$ for a ticket and 35$ for VIP, this event was well priced considering the decor, ambiance and thunderous sound system.

Despite the concert taking place outdoors, the humidity seemed to bother only a few as most people were dressed in white.

All in all, Gel Abril, delivered a solid performance and is most certainly welcome to perform in Panama City, Panama at anytime. Perhaps next time, we can remain on his train until he breaks the sound barrier! Everyone say ” SONIC BOOM”!
