With the task of making a remix for Andrey Potyomkin’s I’m With You, I wanted to make sure to use as much of the audio stems as possible while creating an entirely new feel for this track. As a bassist, I started with a grooving bassline and lush chords. I also wanted to make use of the entire stereo field and added additional tracks to add more depth to the framework. In short, the melodic piano lines are the star while other elements are purely supportive.
